WHAT IS OXE MARINE?

OXE Marine is the company behind the only diesel outboard solution for highly demanding users. We were founded in 2012 with the ambition to create the world’s first high-performance diesel outboard developed primarily for commercial use. We are driven by a passion to develop, improve, and to keep changing the future of the marine market. We finalized our first diesel outboard, the OXE Diesel, in the spring of 2014. Our diesel outboards are today available through a global distributor network, but we're not stopping there  - we want to change the marine world, and make it prosperous for people and planet.

SALES MANAGER

Europe

The primary role of the Sales Manager is to sell OXE Diesel Outboards into the marine industry within designated geographical region. •Area of responsibility to manage will include Europe and Africa. •The main objective is to develop an actively network of distributors, dealers, and boat builders in all outboard market segments within designated geographical region. •You will work to define near term and long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, successfully negotiate business deals, and gain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. •The Sales Manager will report to the Director of Global Sales

We will do what we can to challenge you, so you must enjoy expanding your comfort zone. You will likely have several different scopes, and step into different roles and responsibilities. If you give us your commitment, we will give you support to really grow and develop as a person, but also to be a significant part of OXE Marines' development. But – there will not be any “set tables”, but you will instead be part of “designing and setting the tables”. Steve Jobs said it well – we do not hire people to tell them what to do, we hire people to tell us what to do.

Of course, we have a number of financial goals and objectives. However, at the end of the day, we are in for the long run to be a viable disruptive force to the global marine industry with a true focus on sustainability.
